    Margaret... I bring over 10 years experience in the event planning & management industry having worked for some of the largest and most prestigious hotel brands in North America. I've put together events from small groups of 10 to entire conferences and I look forward to working with you.

    Claudio... From cooking in my grandma's kitchen to working in some of the finest restaurants, I've always taken pride in using the freshest ingredients and traditional methods in my cooking. I look forward to sharing some of them with you.

     

    CLAUDIO GIGANTI COOKING WITH PASSION

    Sicily native Claudio Giganti for many years has been advancing his carrier in Italy and Ontario Canada. The future chef started mastering the profession at the age of 14 when he decided to become a cook. He began his culinary training at the Istituto Albelghiero of Palermo in Italy. Following graduation he moved to Canada to obtain North American experience.

    Having worked at fine dining restaurants, within Toronto, Mississauga, and Hamilton, Claudio has accumulated a vast experience. Today he is a proud owner of Giganti Events Planning and Catering. Giganti Events is an event planning and catering company providing services to private individuals and businesses with in southern Ontario.

    Claudio gives his culinary priority to the Mediterranean cuisine both traditional and creative. He also pays a high attention to the choice and quality of products.

    Claudio sees his main objective in surprising your guests again and again and to present them with an authentic Italian cuisine that is light, wholesome and diverse.
